WHAT'S NEW WITH US...
The Grand Canyon was absolutely spectacular! If anyone says there is no God, just take them to the Grand Canyon! Unfortunately, all the 'lessons' and 'information' were not Biblically based - good for us that we know the truth, but it's sad to see other people taught lies... We did find out from my cousin who lives out there in Arizona, that a friend of his gives Biblically based boat rides in the Canyon. That's certainly encouraging, but I don't think he advertises enough because I didn't see any ads anywhere about it.

We had a great time visiting with family. The kids got to spend some time and get to know their cousins, who moved away over 11 years ago. We also got to visit with Mark's mom's best friend and saw Mark's mom's new house and community. She will be moving there after retirement.

The Phoenix convention went well. The loading and unloading procedures were the smoothest we've ever experienced. It was a pleasure! As usual, Cassie had a huge line of kids waiting to get their faces painted! My sister-in-law had the little ones, which was an unusual, but grateful situation for us!

We are really excited about the growth of Brodsky Ministries. God continues to bless us and this ministry. This year we were able to produce a new 60-page catalog! We will be sending out a mass mailing in a few weeks. Please check your mailing address we have for you in our files and make sure it is correct. We'd like to be good stewards and would not like to mail it to an address that is no longer valid. We now have over a dozen children's packets with children from all over the world waiting to be adopted. A HEALTHY RECIPE FROM LINDA'S KITCHEN
Some cool summer treats for the kids (and grownups too!)

ICE POPS
Ingredients:
Orange juice
Assorted fruit, blended (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)

Blend all the ingredients and place liquid in ice cube tray. Place plastic wrap over tray and poke holes in each one with a popsicle stick or toothpick. The plastic wrap will hold up the sticks while they harden in the freezer. When frozen, just pop out each for a tasty, refreshing treat!

SMOOTHIES
Ingredients:
Orange juice
Assorted fruit, blended (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
Blend ingredients and also slowly add ice. When it is to your desired consistency, just pour into cups and enjoy!

We truly believe in the power of prayer and ask that you remember us with the following requests:

1. A safe journey across the nation, through the desert and record-breaking heat - over 5000 miles!

3. A wonderful month of visiting and hosting friends and family!
4. Mark's web developing business is very busy and he just launched the new web site for the Christian Coalition!
